How to Make Grilled Sweet Corn

Grilling sweet corn intensifies the flavor and concentrates the natural sugars to make it taste even sweeter. Grilling also imparts a smoky flavor to the corn and makes it a perfect accompaniment to barbecues, grilled meats and roasts. In this healthy food recipe adapted from USA Weekend grilled corn is seasoned with a mixture of basil, olive oil, lime zest, lime-juice, and ground black pepper. The result is a Mediterranean-inspired dish that is sweet, smoky, zesty, tender, crunchy, and aromatic, great for summer cookouts and picnics.
