Ingredients:
3 large eggs
A pinch of pepper
Salt
Milk 
2 slices of Black Forest ham
3-4 tablespoons of Jarlsberg cheese
1 1/2 tablespoons of chopped onion

Directions:
1. Add three eggs, pepper, salt and milk together in a bowl and mix.

2. Heat a pan on medium heat and add butter. Place the egg mixture in the pan and start cooking.

3. Add the cheese, ham and onion to the egg mixture. Fold the omelet three times. garnish, plate and serve.
